Role Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes and support core HR operational functions. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate payroll execution, compliance, and seamless employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:



Payroll Management (50%)

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.) Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors for audits, reconciliations, and compliance Ensure adherence to statutory laws and maintain necessary payroll documentation Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payroll deductions.
HR Operations (50%)

Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities Maintain and regularly update HRMS systems and employee records Support HR policy implementation and ensure company-wide compliance Generate reports and analytics related to attendance, leaves, and headcount Assist in internal audits, background verifications, and employee grievance handling Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT/Admin/Finance) for smooth HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus) Minimum 3 years of total HR experience At least 1 year of hands-on payroll processing At least 2 years of experience in HR operations Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll compliance, and tax regulations Experience working with HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality
