Hurix Digital is seeking a high-performing HR Executive - HR Operations will support end-to-end
onboarding processes and employee data coordination for new joiners. This role ensures seamless
documentation, timely system access, and compliance with organizational HR protocols. The position
requires attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
? Onboarding & Pre-Onboarding Operations
? Maintain and regularly update the New Hire Tracker
? Initiate pre-onboarding formalities, including background checks, statutory forms, and validations
? Follow up with new joiners for pending documents and incomplete forms
? Documentation & Compliance
? Verify and audit joining documents and statutory records (PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, etc.)
? Ensure accuracy and completeness of all employee documentation
? Maintain compliance with statutory and internal HR policies
? System & IT Coordination
? Coordinate with the IT/Systems team for user ID creation
? Share required inputs for official email ID creation
? Ensure timely communication with relevant internal teams
? HR Operations & Reporting
? Support the HR Operations team in preparing weekly onboarding reports and trackers
? Ensure SLA-based delivery of onboarding activities
? Maintain high standards of process efficiency and documentation accuracy
Qualifications & Experience:
? Strong coordination and follow-up skills
? Experience in HR Ops or onboarding experience preferred
? Familiarity with onboarding workflows and statutory documentation
? Working knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and Excel
? Working knowledge of Zoho People will be preferred.
? Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality
