As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes. You will support employees and stakeholders while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
Handle employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
Own core HR operations including onboarding, payroll inputs, leave & attendance, and exit formalities
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for background verification and compliance activities
Support end-to-end performance management cycles including appraisals and increments
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements
Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attendance, payroll, and attrition
Support HR initiatives such as engagement programs, training coordination, and surveys
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6-10 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho, Keka, Darwinbox, HR One, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent data management, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or with teams
