Job Description

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRMS updates, compliance, and PMS-related documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities



Payroll Management



Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary, deductions, and statutory components Maintain payroll records and resolve employee payroll-related queries

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management



Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, HRMS entry, and induction coordination Ensure joining formalities are completed within defined timelines Maintain employee master data and personnel files

Exit Management



Handle employee exits including resignation processing, exit documentation, and final settlement coordination Conduct and track exit formalities and ensure timely closure in HRMS

Employee Benefits Administration



Manage employee benefits such as insurance, leaves, and other statutory or company benefits Address employee queries related to benefits and entitlements Coordinate with vendors for benefits administration, where required

HRMS Updates & Compliance



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Support audits and compliance-related documentation

Performance Management Support



Assist in PMS cycle execution including data tracking and documentation Generate PMS-related letters such as appraisal, confirmation, and increment letters Maintain PMS records and ensure timely communication

Key Skills & Competencies



Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance Hands-on experience with HRMS Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Educational Qualification & Experience



Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

4-8 years in HR Operations (can be adjusted as per requirement)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
