We're seeking a dynamic HR Operations Executive in Pune to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR data with precision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, data accuracy, and delivering great employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification: - Graduate in any stream and Postgraduate-MBA/PGDBA-HR/ PGDHRM or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Experience: Create a memorable first-day experience for new joiners -- managing documentation, HRMS entries, employee files, and welcome communication.
Background Verification (BGV): Coordinate with vendors to initiate and close reports within TAT, maintain trackers, and keep HRBPs updated.
Employee Insurance: Manage employee insurance enrolments, updates, and claim-related support.
Payroll Coordination: Handle employee bank account creation, collect payroll-related data, and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accuracy in inputs, salary processing, and monthly closures
Data & MIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR dashboards, and support audits and compliance checks.
Compliance Support: Coordinate with external partners for HR compliance activities and maintain documentation.
Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth HR operations and data confidentiality.
