We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Executive
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations processes, employee lifecycle management, HRIS tools, and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
employee lifecycle
activities including onboarding, data management, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update
employee records
in HRIS/HRMS systems.
Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and standard correspondence.
Support HR Business Partners with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR analytics.
Handle
employee queries and requests
, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for timely data submission.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate HR documentation.
Generate periodic HR reports (new hires, exits, transfers, etc.) for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and process efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
2-3 years of experience in
HR Operations / HR Coordination
.
Good understanding of
HR processes
, employee data management, and documentation.
Familiarity with
HRIS/HRMS/PMS tools
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
