We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our HR department in managing daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, from onboarding to employee records management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This is a key role in optimizing HR procedures, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to a positive workplace culture
Skill Set:
Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in the HR system.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, and exit interviews.
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees about their benefits.
Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate selection.
Monitor compliance with labour laws and company policies, ensuring all HR processes adhere to legal standards.
Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental HR processes.
Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency
Qualification
Completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or having 0-2 years of experience within same field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
