Lead the annual manpower planning and budgeting process for all entities.
Ensure manpower availability aligns with approved plans.
Maintain alignment between headcount and business requirements.

Develop and roll out role-based Balanced Scorecards (BSC) and KPIs.
Monitor and improve performance levels across business units.
Maintain the talent matrix and support performance discussions
3. Training & Development
Create and manage the annual training calendar and budget.
Ensure availability of role-based orientation content and tool access.
Update training materials following any process or policy changes.
4. Retention & Employee Experience
Support employee retention initiatives across all departments.
Enhance employee experience and monitor satisfaction indicators, including social media ratings.
