The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for driving people operations, strengthening HR processes, and ensuring compliance while supporting the organization's growth and business objectives. This role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and building a positive and high-performance workplace culture.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and operational goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and employee readiness
• Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with labor laws
• Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, benefits, and HR queries
• Track, analyze, and report key HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire, and training effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and workplace health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personnel files, payroll data, and benefits information
• Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and positive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and retention
