You will own end-to-end recruitment for Pixel Street's core agency roles and run essential HR + light office operations--ensuring we consistently hire the right creative/digital talent and keep internal people processes smooth. We typically hire for: Designers (Graphic/UI/Brand), Social Media Copywriters/Content, Business Development Managers, and other creative/consulting roles.
Key responsibilities :
1) Talent Acquisition (Primary) ? Own hiring end-to-end: role intake ? sourcing ? screening ? coordination ? interviews ? offer ? joining ? onboarding ? Build pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and offline networks ? Source and evaluate agency talent: design, content/copy, BD/sales, consultants, and allied creative roles ? Maintain a simple recruitment tracker and share weekly hiring updates ? Improve hiring quality using clear JDs, screening checklists, and structured interview flows
2) HR Generalist (Secondary) ? Onboarding documentation, basic policies, attendance/leave tracking ? Support performance and feedback cycles; maintain team hygiene and culture practices ? Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/vendor (as applicable) ? Act as the first point of contact for employee queries--confidential and professional
3) Office Operations (Light) ? Coordinate vendors, basic procurement, office supplies and upkeep ? Plan and manage small internal office events (celebrations, team meetups) ? Support the founder with people + office coordination when needed
Must-haves :
? 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong recruitment ownership (agency/startup preferred)
? Strong sourcing skills and network (LinkedIn + offline) with excellent follow-ups
