Oversee daily HR operations including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Manage HR systems (HRIS/ATS) and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with labor laws and company standards.
Partner with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Support audits, compliance reporting, and government-mandated requirements.
Provide analytics and reporting to support HR strategy and decision-making.
Lead HR projects such as system implementations, process automation, and policy rollouts.
Coach and support HR team members to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR management, or related role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and data reporting.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience in process improvement or HR transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics.
Familiarity with global HR operations (if applicable).
