We are looking for an
experienced and dynamic HR & Operations Manager
to lead our HR and administrative functions across multiple outlets and business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Create and enforce HR policies, leave systems, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Conduct training sessions and implement staff performance reviews.
Plan employee engagement programs and maintain a positive work culture.
Operations Management
Supervise day-to-day operations across all Jaji's outlets.
Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure smooth functioning and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly operations and HR reports for management review.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower planning.
Support franchise management and vendor coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and Operations (preferably in hospitality, beauty, or retail).
Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong decision-making and people management skills.
Salary:
?20000 - ?30000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives
Schedule:
Full-time (6 days a week)
Must be available for branch visits when required
