Salary Range: ₹55,000 - ?70,000 per month

Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to lead our human resources and operations functions. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in HR or operations, with a strong preference for candidates from North Kerala and those with experience in construction, architecture, or interior design fields.

This role requires expertise in HR management, procurement, vendor coordination, administration, and interdepartmental collaboration to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. Supervise procurement and vendor management to ensure smooth business operations. Collaborate with sales, installation, and procurement teams to optimize workflows. Handle administrative activities and ensure seamless operational execution. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives. Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive work environment. Work closely with senior leadership to align HR and operational strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements

? 10 to 15 years of experience in HR or operations, preferably in the construction, architecture, or interior design industry.

? MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory).

? Strong experience in sales, installation, procurement, vendor management, HR operations, and administration is a plus.

? Candidates from North Kerala are highly preferred.

? Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
