The HR Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department with a strong focus on process improvement, compliance, and employee experience. This role ensures HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and supports a range of functions including recruitment operations, onboarding, HRIS management, employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline HR operational workflows including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, and employee records.
Supervise and support HR staff in daily administrative tasks and service delivery.
Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and ensure timely support.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Oversee HR systems and ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system upgrades or integrations.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment operations, background checks, credentialing, and licensure verifications.
Monitor and improve employee lifecycle processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic planning and improve performance.
Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Participate in audits and support survey readiness (e.g., Joint Commission accreditation).
Lead or support HR projects including policy reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and process automation.
