Purpose of the role





This role will lead the operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and superior employee experience. This role will be accountable for end-to-end HR operations, process improvement initiatives, audit support, and partners with stakeholders to drive service excellence and transformation. The in scope countries will be India, S Korea, MEA, Germany, Greece, etc.


This Role will have 5 Reportees

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES





40% of Time - Operational Excellence & Service DeliveryAccountable for HR operations processes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, employee data management, and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow). Ensure compliance with local labor laws, SOX, and company policies. Ensure Timely and seamless Payroll process support Manage advanced case management, queries, and data governance with a focus on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Address and resolve employee relations cases, supporting documentation and compliance.


20% of Time Process Improvement & TransformationLead the HR processes for efficiency, automation, and scalability. Lead or participate in transformation projects, driving adoption of new tools and practices. Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization and automation across Countries


20% of Time Team & Stakeholder ManagementLead, coach, and develop a diverse HR operations team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. Model and nurture collaboration, inclusion, and trust across the team and stakeholders Monitor work plans, resource allocation, and performance feedback cycles. Lead and Re-define the Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, IT, and external vendors to enable seamless service delivery.


10% of Time Audit, Compliance & Vendor Management
Prepare the team for and support internal and external audits (labor, statutory, GIA). Manage vendor relationships (wherever applicable) for benefits, payroll, and compliance. Ensure timely and accurate data submissions and policy updates.

10% of Time Strategic Collaboration & ProjectsPartner with business leaders and CoEs to support HR initiatives and transitions. Drive data-driven decision-making and reporting for HR operations. Contribute to capability development and change management efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered) Minimum years of related experience required: Min.8 - 12 years in HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



Education- Masters Preferred years of related experience- 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in a shared services environment

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed--

HR Operations - covering the entire process from Hire to Retire Employee Relations Compensation, Salary, and Tax Legal & Statutory Demonstrated expertise in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow), Excel, and process automation. Experience leading or mentoring teams and driving transformation projects.
