Based at our Irumbuppalam office in Kollam, this role plays a pivotal part in improving workforce productivity, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR processes to strengthen sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement performance management frameworks to enhance sales team efficiency and target achievement.
Conduct appraisals, maintain performance records, and provide data-driven insights for goal-setting.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle for sales and non-technical roles.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) and support audit processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRMS for attendance, payroll, and documentation.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning & development programs for sales teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of HR generalist experience, including at least 1 year in performance management.
Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in analyzing performance data and recommending actionable solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates must be based in Kollam district or willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam.
Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an advantage.
