Key Responsibilities
Execute HR Operations processes across
Hire to Retire
,
Benefits Administration
,
Time & Attendance
(UKG, GreytHR), and HR Compliance. Maintain and update
standard process documentation
to ensure clarity and consistency. Provide support on HR-related queries through designated channels. Prepare and share
bi-weekly/monthly payroll inputs
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support
Statutory, Internal, and External audits
. Partner with employees, supervisors, and BHR teams across
factory and office environments
. Drive HR transformation through
process improvement and automation
initiatives. Participate in local and global HR projects. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data and adhere to all policies.
What Gives You an Edge
Strong expertise in
MS Excel
(advanced formulas & macros). Familiarity with
Infor HCM
or any other HCM platform. Experience using
Case Management systems
(ServiceNow, etc.). Experience working in a
Shared Services
environment. Exposure to supporting employees across
India / Singapore
. Experience with
Time & Attendance tools
such as UKG or GreytHR.
