Month 1: Unpaid (Training & Process Understanding)
Month 2 & 3: Performance-based stipend up to ?10,000 per month, subject to predefined performance metrics
Role Overview
The HR Operations Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes, ensuring smooth execution of internal HR functions. This role provides practical exposure to HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational requirements
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and timelines
Assist in improving HR operational workflows and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
