Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities during the
45-day internship period
Maintain and update employee and intern records accurately in HR systems
Assist in onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination
Track attendance, leave records, and internship duration details
Prepare and update HR MIS reports on daily and weekly basis
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for HR-related communication
Assist in issuing internship letters, offer letters, and
45-day internship completion certificates
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance of HR records
Support payroll-related data coordination (non-financial)
Handle HR emails, follow-ups, and internal communication
Assist in implementation of HR policies and process guidelines
Support HR team in audits and internal HR reviews
