Key Responsibilities:
Handle HR documentation, record management, and daily operational updates.
Maintain employee data, attendance sheets, and internal tracking systems.
Assist in process coordination between departments for onboarding and exit formalities.
Support HR operations in policy implementation, compliance checks, and workflow execution.
Manage day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and data sorting.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and operational dashboards.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR operational tasks.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and documentation tools.
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines.
