To support the HR Operations function by managing documentation, enabling smooth recruitment, implementing policies, and enhancing employee experience. Excellent opportunity for learning core HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle ~30% of recruitment tasks: sourcing resumes, coordinating interviews, onboarding formalities
Maintain both physical and digital employee records; scan, file, and update database accurately
Assist in communicating HR policies.
Assist in Organize employee engagement activities; collect feedback; help with orientation & team-building events
Assist in excel Report, PPT presentation on various HR related work.
Documentation co-ordination with new joiners.
Provide general support on other HR tasks as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong organizational ability; detail-oriented with good follow-through
Clear communicator (written & verbal)
Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, Word etc.) Advance excel a Plus
Honesty, ability to maintain confidentiality, proactive mindset
Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
