We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Operations Intern (Male)
to join our team at
BAI Infosolutions Private Limited.
This role involves handling a variety of HR operations tasks, including field coordination, recruitment and onboarding, vendor management, and employee engagement. It is a great opportunity for someone interested in hands-on HR work beyond the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and ensure smooth execution of administrative HR tasks (attendance tracking, asset management, documentation).
Work directly in the field to coordinate HR operations as needed.
Connect and coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support HR functions.
Conduct vendor calls, establish relationships, and negotiate terms effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Execute large-scale hiring drives to meet business needs on time and with quality candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure systematic onboarding of employees, including document collection, orientation support, and record management.
Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and staffing vendors.
Conduct regular vendor calls, coordinate deliverables, and negotiate favourable terms.
Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed.
Employee Engagement
Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and other operational matters.
Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements
Male candidates only.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Interest in field-based HR operations, vendor handling, and bulk hiring.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Prior experience in recruitment, vendor management, and onboarding is preferable.
