In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent and helping us scale our team rapidly, managing HR operations and programs, and building the right remote-rst culture. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and directly with senior management. Main Responsibilities And Key Activities xe2x97x8f Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely fullment of all hiring requirements. xe2x97x8f Implement eective remote hiring strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tech-focused channels. xe2x97x8f Manage HR operations including onboarding, leave management, performance management and exit processes. xe2x97x8f Ensure compliance with company processes and policies. xe2x97x8f Create and maintain HR metrics dashboards for data-driven decision making. xe2x97x8f Implement and maintain HR policies that support remote work while ensuring compliance with labor laws. xe2x97x8f Respond to employee queries promptly and in accordance with company policies. Skills And Professional Knowledge xe2x97x8f 4-6 years of HR experience in a tech company, with demonstrated experience in remote team operations. xe2x97x8f Strong track record of successfully hiring software engineers and UX designers through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing. xe2x97x8f Hands-on experience with remote-rst HR practices including virtual onboarding, remote engagement programs, and distributed team management xe2x97x8f Thorough understanding of HR processes, labour laws and regulations. xe2x97x8f Prociency in data analysis including tools such as Excel, with the ability to generate insights from data. xe2x97x8f Bachelors degree. A degree or certication in HR is a must. Location : Remote(located in India)
