who will manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, compliance, engagement initiatives, and HR data management while ensuring statutory compliance as per Haryana government norms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions & transfers
Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration & leave management
Maintain HRIS and generate reports on attrition, headcount & HR metrics
Resolve employee queries related to policies, payroll & benefits
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, tax regulations, challans)
Support performance appraisals, feedback cycles & training programs
Plan & execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
