Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees. This includes preparing offer letters, conducting new employee orientation, and processing termination paperwork.

HRIS and Data Management:

Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) by accurately entering and updating employee data. This involves managing personal information, compensation, benefits, and performance records.

Benefits Administration:

Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This includes enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions about their benefits.

Payroll Support:

Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. This may involve verifying timesheets, processing changes in pay, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication:

English and Hindi effective written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge:

A solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.

Policy and Compliance:

Help enforce company policies and procedures. The role ensures compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Employee Support:

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Reporting:

Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and attendance to support business decisions.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
