Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and physical files
Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate salary processing
Handle HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.
Monitor attendance, leave, and time-off policies; coordinate with managers for discrepancies
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and company policies
Assist in audits, HR reporting, and MIS preparation
Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs
Be a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as part of our diversity & inclusion initiative)
2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration
Familiarity with labor laws, HRIS systems, and MS Office tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Fluent in [English + any regional language, if applicable]
