To manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle while serving as a key coordination point between employees, internal teams, and client stakeholders. The role ensures smooth HR service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction through effective communication and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR contact for client interactions on operations-related matters.
Coordinate with client HR/business teams for onboarding, payroll, compliance, and engagement activities.
Manage and resolve client escalations related to employee issues.
Share periodic HR reports, compliance trackers, and updates with clients.
Participate in client calls, reviews, and audits, ensuring service delivery standards are met.
Partner with internal team and client stakeholders to resolve employee problems .
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and data reporting.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle escalations.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
o5 +years of experience in HR Operations
Prior experience in staffing, outsourcing, or client-servicing HR roles preferred.
