Driving IMPACT across SE by ensuring good data and data practices in Workforce Administration. You play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of WFA data across systems; being responsible for:
Data Governance & Quality
Develop and maintain WFA data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems.
Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Partner with IT and HRIS teams to implement data validation rules and automation.
Data Collection & Management
Design and manage efficient data collection processes for workforce metrics (e.g., CSRD).
Support the integration of data from multiple sources & teams
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate across HR Services teams to understand data needs and deliver.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support workforce analytics and decision-making.

A good understanding of HR processes and data structures.
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Tableau etc.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM).

WFA Office is part of Global Delivery & Excellence in Schneider Electric's HR Services and Transformation organisation
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
You will be in the running if you have:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Systems
2-4 years of experience in HR data governance, workforce administration or HR Information Systems
To be successful you should additionally have:
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
Certification in HR analytics or data governance
