Handle day-to-day HR operational activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment process: screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
Support onboarding & joining formalities of new employees.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Manage leave records, payroll assistance, and employee queries.
Prepare HR reports and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies & procedures.
