We are looking for an

active, responsible, and highly reliable HR Operations Executive

for our digital marketing agency. This role is

critical to company growth

and involves

end-to-end hiring, operations management, and coordination between clients and internal teams

.

You will work

directly under the Founder

and will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Hiring & Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

End-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles (SEO, Ads, Designers, Developers, Sales, etc.) Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final rounds Ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates
2. HR & Operations Management

Managing internal operations after sales closure Maintaining employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation Ensuring discipline, accountability, and performance tracking
3. Client & Team Coordination

Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams Assigning tasks and following up on project progress Ensuring

project deadlines are met without excuses

4. Project Deadline Ownership

Tracking timelines and deliverables Coordinating with teams to resolve delays

Final responsibility of project completion timelines lies with this role

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to handle pressure and multiple responsibilities Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset Serious about long-term career growth (not a casual or temporary role) Experience in HR / Operations / Agency environment preferred
