Role:
As an
HR & Operations Executive
, you will manage
hiring, onboarding, and coordination
of field service providers and interns, ensure smooth daily operations, and support the management team in executing FixItGo's city-level strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (field staff, interns, and local team).
Coordinate with city service providers and maintain attendance and task records.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance.
Support day-to-day operational planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Maintain performance reports and assist management with data-driven insights.
Handle employee queries and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or HR specialization preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer & Excel knowledge
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcome
Salary & Benefits:
?10,000 - ?13,000/month + Incentives
Performance-based salary growth after 3 months
Certificate & Letter of Recommendation after probation
