Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities

Follow up on

attendance gaps

with site teams and ensure daily updates.

Weekly Responsibilities



Prepare and share

LOP (Loss of Pay) reports

with the HO Operations Team. Follow up on

zero attendance cases

with sites.

Monthly Responsibilities



Perform

error file validations

, including: AC site confirmations Company leave validation Duplicate vehicle number checks Sunday attendance validation Close

consolidated error files

in coordination with management. Handle

salary-related queries

and salary query forms. Share

salary breakup details

with all sites. Track

excess duty and overtime (OT) allowances

for maintenance staff. Organize and coordinate

site KPI meetings

. Share

client communications

with all operational sites. Monitor

maintenance team attendance

and upload data in

Zoho

on a daily basis. Handle

onboarding and profile verification

for blue-collar maintenance staff. Maintain

site visit records and notes

. Process

new joiner approvals

(blue collar). Manage

designation changes, site transfers, and outstation movements

. Verify and approve

bank details

for new and existing employees. Update and maintain

Driving License (DL) records

. Verify

exit formalities

for blue-collar employees. Check

payroll data

, including basic pay and payroll structure. Verify

relieving dues

for active and absconding employees. Approve

statutory compliance details

. Track and follow up on

license renewal dues

. Verify and process

employment type changes

.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
