We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR & Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing HR processes and day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth business operations and employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and documentation. Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and employee database maintenance. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. Assist in vendor management, procurement, and other administrative tasks. Prepare HR and operational reports for management review.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Education:



* Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A specialization in HR or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
