3. Influencer & Creator Coordination:

Database Management:

Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (preferably in an Agency, Media, or Startup environment).
Tech-Savvy:
Mandatory experience or quick learning ability with
Zoho People
and
Meramonitor
.
Negotiator Mindset:
You aren't afraid to discuss rates and terms with vendors and contractors.
Agility:
You can switch from interviewing a candidate to calling a studio for a photoshoot booking in the same hour.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English is a must for influencer and partner outreach.
