We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.), and HR documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory laws, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end payroll processing
, ensuring accuracy in salary, deductions, overtime, reimbursements, and incentives.
Manage
statutory compliances
including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Bonus, ensuring timely filings and returns.
Maintain and update
employee records
, HRMS, and attendance systems.
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, full & final settlements, and related reconciliations.
Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
Ensure compliance with
labor laws, audits, and inspections
.
Support employee queries related to payroll, leave, and benefits.
Generate regular HR operations reports (payroll, attrition, headcount, etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Payroll, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance
.
Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work within deadlines and handle audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR Operations/Payroll & Compliance.
