We are seeking a dynamic HR & Operations Executive with 3-4 years of experience to independently manage both people and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, payroll, and HR policies, along with hands-on experience in day-to-day office operations and administration. This role requires someone who can take ownership, ensure smooth workforce and operational management, and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Support performance management, training, and career development.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS, and reporting.
Operations & Administration:
Handle day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
Monitor procurement, asset management, and office supplies.
Support leadership in operational planning and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR, Operations, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR and operational roles.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
Experience in administration, vendor management, and office coordination.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and reporting tools.
Male candidate preferred; nearby location candidates will be prioritized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
