Job Summary
The HR Operations Executive - Payroll & Compliance is responsible for
HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
across multiple locations. The role is Head Office-based but requires
frequent site visits
to monitor HR practices, verify records, and ensure labour law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end payroll for HO, sites, mines, and hospitality units
Verify attendance, muster rolls, overtime, and wage calculations
Ensure compliance with
Prepare and submit statutory challans, returns, and reports
Maintain payroll, statutory, and employee records
Conduct site visits for HR audits, compliance checks, and record verification
Monitor contractor labour compliance and documentation
Assist in investigations related to payroll and labour issues
Prepare HR MIS and compliance reports
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in HR / Commerce / Business Administration
3-6 years
experience in HR Operations with
Payroll & Compliance focus
Experience in
Construction / Mining / Hospitality / Service industry
Willingness to travel to sites
Key Skills
Payroll & labour law compliance expertise
Strong Excel & HRMIS skills
Site coordination & investigation ability
Attention to detail and confidentiality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
