We are expanding our HR department and seeking a professional who can manage recruitment, HR operations, auditor empanelment, and employee relations with efficiency and integrity.
Position Overview
The
HR Operations Executive
will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive HR activities, including recruitment, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and auditor empanelment. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
Manage the day-to-day HR functions and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and employee documentation.
Monitor attendance, leaves, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
Support payroll coordination through accurate data inputs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal standards.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and field roles.
Identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate final interview rounds.
Maintain talent pool and recruitment trackers.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Build a positive work environment and foster strong employee relationships.
Address employee queries, grievances, and issues professionally.
Support conflict resolution between employees and management.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
4. Performance Management
Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation systems.
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Track employee KPIs, goals, and performance improvement plans.
Maintain performance records and ensure timely feedback documentation.
5. Auditor Empanelment
Coordinate the auditor empanelment process for certification and inspection services.
Collect, review, and verify auditor documents and qualifications.
Maintain communication with auditors and ensure compliance with empanelment requirements.
6. Auditor Data Management
Maintain and update auditor records, certifications, and validity dates.
Follow up with auditors for renewals and documentation updates.
Prepare monthly auditor availability and qualification reports.
7. HR Policy Preparation & Implementation
Draft, update, and refine HR policies based on organizational needs.
Communicate policy changes across departments.
Monitor implementation and adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations or HR Generalist roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software/HRIS preferred.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
