About Role:





The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate HR MIS reports. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with organizational policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Onboarding & Offboarding:



Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Prepare and maintain employee documentation (offer letters, joining forms, NDAs). Conduct exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback collection

.


Payroll Processing:



Collate attendance and leave data for payroll inputs. Coordinate with finance/payroll vendor for accurate and timely salary processing. Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and taxations.

HR MIS & Reporting:



Maintain and update employee database in HRMS. Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance). Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

Compliance & Documentation:



Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws. Maintain proper filing of HR documents and records.

Required Skills:



3-5 years in HR operations, preferably in IT/Technology sector. Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
