Job Description

Job Summary:



We are looking for someone to help manage the day-to-day HR activities in our company. You will support hiring, employee records, payroll, and other basic HR tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Support:

Help with posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.

Onboarding:

Assist in joining formalities for new employees and ensure they receive necessary documents and training.

Employee Records:

Maintain and update employee data, files, and HR systems regularly.

Attendance & Leave Management:

Track attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing.

HR Documents:

Prepare letters like offer letters, experience letters, etc.

Employee Queries:

Help employees with their HR-related questions or concerns.

Compliance:

Ensure the company follows basic HR rules and regulations.

Exit Process:

Support in employee resignations, clearance, and exit interviews.

Requirements:



Masters degree (preferably in HR or related field) Good communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Willingness to learn HR systems and tools 2 year - 5 Years experience can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
