Job Description

An HR Operations job in hospitality involves managing day-to-day HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and policy enforcement, ensuring compliance with labor laws and creating a positive environment for staff, focusing heavily on employee relations, training (customer service, safety), and managing seasonal staffing needs, all while supporting the hotel's business goals and guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Hiring, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new staff, including coordinating work permits/visas.

Employee Relations:

Addressing queries, resolving disputes, handling grievances, and ensuring fair treatment.

Training & Development:

Organizing training (customer service, safety) and implementing performance management systems.

Compliance & Policy:

Enforcing hotel policies, labor laws, health/safety regulations, and managing HR data.

Compensation & Benefits:

Managing payroll, benefits, and retention programs (bonuses).

Scheduling & Administration:

Overseeing attendance, working hours, leave, and maintaining employee records.

Staff Welfare:

Coordinating accommodation, transport, and catering for staff as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

HR experience in the hospitality or service industry.

Knowledge:

Labor laws, HR best practices, payroll systems, and HR software.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.

Attributes:

People-oriented, results-driven, detail-oriented, and ability to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
