a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations professional with 3-6 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace culture. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle -- from onboarding to exit -- while driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Employee Experience:



Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding and induction experience for new hires. Partner with business and HR teams to enhance the employee lifecycle experience. Regularly gather employee feedback through surveys, one-on-one conversations, and pulse checks, and act on insights. Coordinate exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention and engagement.

Employee Engagement:



Design and execute engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural activities. Partner with internal teams to organize events, celebrations, and wellness activities. Track engagement metrics and develop plans to improve team participation and morale. Support communication strategies to keep employees informed and connected. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies.

HR Operations:



Maintain employee data accuracy in HR systems (HRMS). Support in policy communication, benefits administration, and compliance-related activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR processes. Prepare and analyze HR reports (attendance, engagement, retention, etc.) for insights and improvements. Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR operational efficiency. Support the performance appraisal process, documentation, and records.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in HR preferred. 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of empathy and ability to connect with people. Creative and organized approach to planning engagement activities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Experience in managing HR initiatives, events, and communication programs preferred. Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and data analytics. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
