Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain all HR documentation and employee records.

Handle the DMS (Document Management System) portal for uploading and tracking HR documents.

Prepare and issue ID cards for new employees.

Coordinate with consultants for PF & ESIC data preparation and ensure timely sharing of details by month-end.

Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records and reports.

Support HR in day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth HR processes.

Maintain confidentiality of employee data and organizational information.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).

0-2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.

Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

Strong attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
