Key Responsibilities:

As an

HR Operation

, you will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operational tasks and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing HR processes.

Assist in managing employee attendance and leave records Support regular data updates and maintenance in the HRMS system Help maintain accurate employee personnel files and documentation Coordinate with the HR Operations team on various HR processes and initiatives Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal HR needs

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(Mandatory) Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Preferred) Basic understanding of

HR operations

and

HRMS systems

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the HR domain

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
