Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction coordination, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, transfers, promotions, etc.).
Issue employee letters (e.g., offer, confirmation, appraisal, relieving, etc.).
2. HRIS & Data Management
Generate regular reports and dashboards for headcount, attrition, leave, and other HR metrics.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and documentation.
3. Payroll & Attendance Coordination
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, and reimbursements.
Track employee attendance, leave balances, and timesheets.
Support in monthly payroll inputs, and reconciliations.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Assist in maintaining and auditing HR documents such as contracts, policies, and registers.
Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.
5. Policy Administration
Support in communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Help update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and other HR documents.
6. Employee Support & Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.
Support grievance handling and ensure employee satisfaction from an operational standpoint.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-6 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
Prior experience in real estate field is must.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
