HR Operations Executive / Specialist

Job Summary:



The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing and streamlining the day-to-day HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employees across various HR functions. This role focuses on HR administration, payroll management, employee data maintenance, HR policies, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain employee records (HRIS systems, databases, personnel files). Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (offer letters, joining formalities, exit formalities, full & final settlement). Process payroll and manage employee benefits such as leaves, insurance, and reimbursements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR reports and analytics (attrition rate, headcount, attendance, etc.). Support performance management and appraisal processes. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Coordinate with vendors and external consultants (background verification, insurance providers, etc.). Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures. Support HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and HR efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 1-5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Well versed with job portals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
