We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage and oversee all HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning across various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to improve retention.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure smooth HR documentation, including appointment letters, experience letters, and other formalities.
4. Payroll & Compliance:
Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity) as per labor laws.
Keep track of policy updates and suggest improvements to HR processes.
5. Performance Management & Training:
Assist in the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback collection.
Coordinate training and development programs as per employee needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
