Design and maintain a competitive compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
Keep job descriptions and employment contracts updated and compliant with labor laws and internal policies.
Track employee leave and support accurate payroll processing.
Maintain updated company org charts and employee directories.
Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs with proper documentation and accuracy.
Coordinate effective induction and onboarding programs.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies as needed.
Oversee disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations in line with company policy.
Ensure meticulous maintenance of employee records while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
Implement and monitor company HR policies consistently across the organization.
Ensure ongoing compliance with regional and national labor laws and all statutory HR requirements.
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and Recruitment.
Availability to work 5 days a week.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness is preferred.
