The HR Operations / Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic workforce decisions and improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze HR data from various sources such as HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
Measure retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates.
Assist in designing hiring plans, compensation, and benefits packages.
Forecast costs by department and help create HR budgets.
Analyze employee satisfaction and performance review results.
Identify trends and recommend improvements for HR procedures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are preferred.
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR analytics or a related area.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).j
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, R, Python, SQL) and statistical techniques.
Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
