Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and process-driven

HR Operations Executive

to strengthen HR operations, develop and implement SOPs, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy creating structured workflows, managing HR operations, and improving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and implement HR-related SOPs for all functions. Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain process consistency across departments. Manage HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and compliance documents. Support interviews - resume screening, scheduling, and candidate communication. Coordinate induction programs and employee engagement initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee queries. Collaborate with management to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of HR processes and operations. Ability to convert workflows into structured SOPs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High discipline, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
